Cookies need to be
enabled on your PC in order for the order to go through correctly. A
'cookie' is a small file of information which gets written onto your
hard disk and Windows provides the facility to disallow this. To enable
cookies in Internet Explorer select Tools/Internet
Options/Privacy/Advanced and make sure the cookies are set to 'Accept'.
